Geno’s Case Delayed

The two suspects in the Geno’s beating case have seen their trial set back until June. Here’s the word from the Daily News:

Geno’s Steaks employee Tony Chestnut, writhing in pain, his left arm in a sling, could hardly talk as he leaned against a wall outside a courtroom yesterday. A preliminary hearing in Municipal Court for two Chester County men who are charged with attempted murder - Kevin Bacci, 19, and Michael Morrison, 21 - was delayed until June 2 after a change in attorneys. While Chestnut, 32, did not speak outside court, he talked later by phone from his South Philadelphia home, reacting to allegations by a defense attorney that Chestnut started the fight. “Not even close,” Chestnut replied.
