NBC Cuts The Chopping Block
After airing three out of eight total episodes, NBC has pulled The Chopping Block off the air. Based on the mega-successful Australian reality TV competition by the same name, the NBC incarnation of the show failed to impress viewers and critics alike, and it showed in the ratings.
Among the contestants were Philly mother-daughter pair Angiebrown and Samantha Johnson, the owners of Soul. They made a pretty good showing, and won the challenges for both of the past two episodes!
It's possible that NBC will show the remaining episodes as filler, but for now, we're left pondering their fate over the next five episodes. Could it be that they were crowned the winners?
