Update on Stephen Starr's burger shack: the man himself has told Michael Klein that prices wouldn't be as high as those of burgers at his traditional restaurants, and today, a Starr associate sheds more light on that. Specifically, burgers will be in the $5 range, while hot dogs will run you about $3.75. This totally confirms the hope we voiced yesterday that the Franklin Square burger stand will be Philly's answer to the Shake Shack.
