The old Rock Lobster space on Delaware has stood empty ever since 1997, but come Memorial Day, it will be home to Octo Waterfront Grille. The guy behind the new restaurant is Clark Maloney, a Rock Lobster manager back in the restaurant-club's heyday. Octo will do lunch, dinner, and many, many different ways to drink: three bars, two lounges, and a variety of specialty cocktails and frozen drinks. In keeping with the marine life motif, you'll be able to gaze at tanks of octopus and freshwater fish while you consume seafood.
