Ansill is rolling out a new roster of three spring deals, and they’re angling for loyalty. From now on, Tuesdays through Fridays are BYOB with no corkage fee. Also, because the restaurant is now closed on Mondays, Happy Hour has been extended to Saturdays, which means that $1 oysters are now available on weekend nights.
Both of these are pretty solid ploys to foster a better return rate, but the third deal is the most likely to
get people to keep coming back: the restaurant will be giving out Ansill Stimulus Plan Coupons (50% off a second entree) at dinner, good for the next time you go. This seems like a better recession strategy than the $35 prix fixe dinners that have been so prevalent.
