Stephen Starr imports the $100 cheesesteak to Fort Lauderdale: The restaurateur is opening Steak 954, his first South Florida restaurant, on April 30. It's a "modern interpretation of the classic steakhouse menu," which is to say, a twin to Barclay Prime.
