The main criteria is great cocktails, which yes, is subjective, but not as much as “best dive” or similar categories. So what are Philly’s best cocktails bars and lounges, according to F&W;? Tequila’s, Southwark, APO Bar and Lounge, and Chick’s Cafe & Wine Bar. Finally, a best-of list that we can agree with — APO is, after all, the host of a night dedicated to Manhattans, while Tequila’s has over 100 varieties of their namesake.
