The most recent issue of Grid is out, and this time around, the magazine devoted to sustainability (in and around Philly) is all about food. There's a lot to absorb — like a piece about a Lancaster farm collective, the dearth of fresh food options in North Philly, the challenges of eating healthy (and hopefully sustainable) food during a recession, or the profile of the husband-wife pair behind Talula's Table — but it's all, frankly, excellent, and totally worth setting aside some time to read. Grid's not afraid to be servicey either: check out the listing of Philly-area farmer's markets, or the recipes from the chefs at Pumpkin and Tria. [via Meal Ticket]
