Fond, the BYOB from former Le Bec-Fin chefs Lee Styer and Jessie Prawlucki and former Lacroix captain Tory Keomanivong is on schedule to open Monday, August 31 at 5:30 p.m. The trio let us have a peek at the dainty East Passyunk Avenue space, formerly Clementine's and Lynda's Mediterranean, which they've revamped with new windows, new hardwood floors and a two-tone paint job to give it a crisper, brighter look.
