A Taste of Taste of the Nation

Last night's Taste of the Nation fundraiser at the Loews hotel was filled with some of the city's top chefs from Jose Garces to Marc Vetri to Terence Feury, all cooking up dishes for prowling foodies to sample with 100 percent of the ticket proceeds go to hunger-relief charities like Philadabundance. We were also there, sampling and snapping photos of what the chefs were dishing out. Pork was the popular product of the night, as you can see from our slideshow, which includes Vetri's pork meatballs, Kong's glazed pork with spiced peanuts, Chifa's pork buns and Noble's pork headcheese.
