What to Eat at Fond, Opening August 31

Curious about what will be served at the new BYOB Fond, coming to East Passyunk Avenue at the end of August? As promised, we have a look at the menu. No prices yet, but as owners Lee Styer, Jessie Prawlucki and Tory Keomanivong told us earlier this week, appetizer prices will likely run from $9 to $13 with entrees from $16 to $24. There’s also a look at the desserts, which you should be very interested in - Prawlucki was most recently the executive chef of Le Bec-Fin. Grilled peach pavlova, anyone?
