Chef Michael Solomonov and his team at Zahav have shaken up the menu at the much-praised Old City restaurant. What will you see from the chef?
Not to worry, the fried cauliflower has not gone anywhere, but there are over ten new dishes, including a "Tunisian tuna" sandwich, a vegan-friendly latke and, for the offal-adventurous, grilled duck hearts. We were invited in to photograph the lot of them for your viewing pleasure and photograph them we did. There are also four new desserts from pastry chef Sara Corvase on the dessert menu, which we've also included in the gallery. Click on for a guided photo tour of all of the new dishes.
