• Vietnam Cafe in West Philly closed this past Sunday and will reopen on Tuesday, November 17 in the space next door, (formerly Abbraccio). The restaurant will be BYOB until December 18, when it will open its bar.
• Percy Street Barbecue, from Zahav’s Steven Cook, Michael Solomonov and former Marigold chef Erin O’Shea is also scheduled to open Tuesday, November 17.
