After the abrupt and mysterious departure of chef-partner Steven Cameron from Noble earlier this week, co-owners Bruno Pouget and Todd Rodgers have named Brinn Sinnott as the new executive chef. Sinnott, a veteran of Supper, Amada, Lacroix and the Fountain at the Four Seasons, starts January 5, 2010.
