Starr Restaurants has confirmed that James LoCascio, is leaving as chef of Starr’s steakhouse Barclay Prime as of February 9. No replacement has been announced yet, but they’re interviewing candidates. Just down the Square, Mark Andelbradt, who worked at Morimoto and very briefly at the White Dog, is now executive chef of Parc.
