Morimoto has introduced a taut new lunch menu featuring some more casual items, like noodle bowls and sandwiches. There’s a pork belly ramen with soft-cooked egg and “Kobe Bun,” grilled rice patty sandwiches with egg, a choice of meat or fish and Kewpie mayonnaise. Prices run from $12 for vegetarian ramen to $38 for a sizzling kobe beef “bop” bowl. Lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. See the full menu here.
