• Tiffin will donate 3 percent of its sales revenue from all four of its locations from Monday, January 25th through Sunday, January 31st from all four of its restaurants to the relief fund. Owner Munish Narula will match employee donations and patron donations made in the restaurants dollar for dollar.
• Ten area restaurants, including Alba, Bistro St Tropez, Dettera, Fork, Friday Saturday Sunday, Gypsy Saloon, Garces Restaurant Group (Amanda, Chifa, Distrito, Tinto, Village Whiskey), Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Savona, Stella Blu and Union Trust have each donated $100 gift certificate to be auctioned on eBay. Proceeds from all of the auctions will be donated to the Red Cross for Haiti Relief and Development. [Ebay]
• Starr Restaurants will donate 10 percent of gross sales from meals purchased at its Philly, New York and Atlantic City restaurants on Monday, January 25, 2010 to the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund.
• All Iron Hill Brewery locations will donate 100 percent of the proceeds from the purchase of Conch Chowder ($6.95) and Caribbean Salad ($8.95) to the American Red Cross.
• If diners order the Boeuf à l’Haïtienne as an entree on the Restaurant Week menu at Cuba Libre, the restaurant will donate $5 to the Red Cross. They’ll also donate $2 for every $10.50 Haitian Salvation cocktail, a frozen drink made with Cuba Libre dark rum, mixed berry puree, toasted coconut puree, purchased.
• All donations slipped into Reading Terminal Market’s piggy bank Philbert will be turned over to the Red Cross.
• Rum Bar is placing donation bins at the bar; they’ll match all funds raised and donate the money to the American Red Cross for Haitian Relief on January 29th.
• On January 20 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., 11 Conshohocken restaurants and bars are donating up to 20 percent of their gross receipts to the Red Cross. See the full list of restaurants here.
