We now know that Alex Ureña will no longer be cooking any of it, but chef-owner Daniel Stern has released the menu for R2L, his new restaurant on the 37th floor of Liberty Two. The restaurant opens on January 21, serving a Restaurant Week menu and an abbreviated version of the official menu. The restaurant will begin serving the full menu, which you can see here, starting February 2.
