Mike Stollenwerk, the chef and owner behind fish and dearly departed byob Little Fish, is coming to Fishtown this fall with a new seafood-centric restaurant and bar, the Insider reports. He is calling it Fathom Seafood Bar, which will feature a rawbar and picnic table seating. The space, a former art gallery, is next to Murph’s and across the street from Johnny Brenda’s. With it and Stephen Starr’s biergarten on the way, this little slice of Fishtown at Girard and Shackamaxon is shaping up to become another of the city’s mini restaurant rows. [Insider]
