Can you believe it’s been only three years that “Top Chef: The Tour” has been enriching our lives? The traveling culinary carnival makes its Philadelphia stop on May 17, when its eighteen-wheeler arrives at Dilworth Plaza and sets up shop for demos, tastings, and other cheftestant-themed activities. (Including a Top Chef putting green! Because that makes thematic sense!)
