Bruce Cooper, chef and owner of Jake’s Restaurant in Manayunk and the adjoining Cooper’s Wine Bar, has revamped his brunch menu, which will make its debut this Sunday. The updated menu features modified versions of the restaurant’s popular brunch items as well as entirely new dishes. Highlights include poached eggs and pulled pork, strawberry French toast, and ham and egg pizza. Main Street Mimosas and housemade Bloody Marys are among the new brunch cocktail selections.
