Tonight Top Chef alum Jennifer Carroll of 10 Arts by Eric Ripert serves as chair for Taste of the Nation at Loews Hotel, a local benefit for Share our Strength. The fundraiser, which brings a host of the city’s most acclaimed chefs and restaurateurs together under one roof, seeks to provide funding for local organizations that help children facing hunger. Throughout the evening, guest can enjoy food and drinks provided by participating restaurants and bid on chances for special dinners and other enticing offers at a silent auction. Proceeds will benefit Philabundance, The Greater Philadelphia Coalition Against Hunger, The Food Trust, and The Pennsylvania Hunger Action Center.
