Last night nine notable Philly chefs - most of whom are either New Jersey-born or were raised there - joined Michael Solomonov at Zahav for Greetings From Down the Shore, a chefs collaboration, celebrating the Garden State and its dearly loved seashores. Each of the chefs contributed a dish inspired by Boardwalk fare, which included everything from hamburgers and pizza to popsicles and ice cream sandwiches. To further encapsulate an authentic Jersey shore vibe, Zahav’s bartenders slung cans of Miller Lite while a Journey cover band provided the soundtrack. Click through to see the dishes served and let us know in the comments which one best captures the Boardwalk experience.
