With the ill-fated Chew Man Chu behind him, Chef Tyson Wong Ophaso will roll out his latest endeavor, a food truck dubbed Bee Innovation, after Labor Day, the Insider reports. The truck will serve tasty, healthy and affordable dishes inspired by cuisines from around the world. It gets its name from the swarms of bees that inhabited the truck for the two years it sat dormant. Ophaso is working with local artists to give his new venture a buzz-worthy makeover. Expect dishes like Korean tacos, bahn mi sandwiches, pad Thai and several curries, when Bee Innovation begins making the rounds near Drexel and University of Pennsylvania at the end of the month.
