Siobhan Allgood, the self-taught chef from Montgomery county who represented Philly and held her own on the Fox reality show Hell’s Kitchen, has landed a new role at Collingswood’s West Side Gravy, according to Meal Ticket. Allgood, who went into the show as a free agent, previously worked at McKenna’s Irish Pub in the Fairmount neighborhood and Center City’s Table 31. At West Side Gravy, Alex Capasso’s comfort-driven BYOB that opened earlier this year, she’s overhauled the menu. [Meal Ticket]
