On East Passyunk Avenue, the summer season is not over yet. At least it’s not over at the P.O.P.E., which is hosting its second annual Bell's Crab Night tonight. The evening will feature crab dishes created by Chef Pete Miller and a selection of beers from Kalamazoo, MI’s Bell’s Brewery.
