Tyson Bees Truck’s Debut Is Temporarily Stalled

Tyson Bees, the much buzzed about food truck from former Chew Man Chu chef Tyson Wong Ophaso that’s been tempting the city with promises of Korean tacos and bahn mi on-the-go for several weeks, will not be making its debut at next week’s Night Market kickoff in South Philly. “It’s nothing serious at all,” the truck’s spokesman Peter Kuhn told Grub Street via email this morning. “Just some logistical variables that have come up at the last minute.” Kuhn assures us that Tyson Bees will hit the streets in “full swarm” very soon.
