Philly’s premier cheese mongers, DiBruno Brothers, have a new feather to stick in their cap. They’ve made the Philadelpia 100, a hallmark of entrepreneurial achievement that recognizes the area’s fastest growing privately held companies. The annual rankings and recognition are conducted by the Entrepreneurs’ Forum of Greater Philadelphia, Philadelphia Business Journal and Wharton Small Business Development Center. In addition to Dibruno Brothers, other food-based businesses that made this year’s list include Saladworks, the Conshohocken-based fresh-tossed salad franchise company, and Kildare’s Inc., Dave Magrogan’s King of Prussia-based chain of Irish pubs.
