This week the Oyster House rolled out a revamped cocktail list created by bartender Andy DeGiullio. While coming up with his new line of drinks, DeGiullio drew on the classic, pre-prohibition concoctions that have come to define contemporary cocktail culture for inspiration. “We’re not trying to re-invent the wheel,” DeGiullio told Grub Street. “The idea for the cocktail program was to keep things simple. There’s something very cool about being avant-garde, but by the same token, there’s also something to be said for a well-made classic cocktail.” Click through to see DeGiullio’s creations, and feel free to tell us in the comments which one you would like most to belly up to the bar with.
