Tomorrow night Daniel Stern salutes the local farmers that supply his restaurants with a special $45 four-course Farmer’s Feast Beer Dinner at MidAtlantic. Each course will showcase produce form Blooming Glen Farm and dairy from Birchrun Farm. Beers from Adamstown, PA’s venerable Stoudt’s Brewery will be paired with each dish. A meet and greet with Stern, his staff, the farmers and brewers will take place at 6 p.m. The Farmer’s Feast menu will be served all night.
