At long last Tyson Wong Ophaso, the former Chu Man Chew chef that Grub Street’s been promising for months was about to debut a new food truck, finally unveiled Tyson Bees this past weekend. From a the parking spot in front of Michael Schulson’s Sampan on 13th Street, Ophaso turned out a limited menu on Saturday and Sunday. Going forward he expects to serve five or six daily changing items, half of which he hopes will be vegetarian from a spot at 33rd and Spruce streets, near Franklin Field.
