Noble Winterizes Its Menu

It seems like it was just yesterday when Grub Street wrote about Brinn Sinnott’s rooftop garden at Noble. As Old Man Winter winds up to pummel us with another round of frosty wind-howling punches, we can’t help but long for those longer and warmer days. Instead we’re stuck with more snow, slush and cold rain. On the brighter side though, Sinnott is still turning out a seasonal menu. The latest version features updates to dishes like Noble’s award-winning Braised Beef Cheeks, which is served with Okinawa sweet potato, Blue Foot mushrooms and red wine miso. Additional updates include grilled Spanish octopus with butternut squash Romesco, squid ink croquettes and caper-blood orange dressing, and Gnocchi Parisienne with maitake mushroom, house-cured pancetta, leeks and aged cheddar.
