Oyster House Keeps on Shuckin’ with a New Chef

It’s chef number three for the Oyster House, which is only a little more than a year-and-a-half old (in this incarnation, anyway), according to Meal Ticket. Ted Manko, who replaced opening chef Greg Ling back in 2009 and brought critical acclaim to the Sansom Street spot, has moved on. The House has replaced him with Andy Kitko. Based on Kitko’s background, which includes stints at New York’s Café Boulud and San Francisco’s Aqua, it seems as if the Oyster House’s kitchen rests in capable hands. [Meal Ticket]
