10 Arts is participating in Global Earth Hour tomorrow evening from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. For that hour the restaurant will turn off all exterior and all non-essential lighting (keeping within a level of safety) to help raise awareness for climate change. While dimmed, they will serve In the Dark, a specially prepared cocktail made with Finlandia Lime, muddled organic mint and lime, and a splash of Sprite. No doubt, watching people drinking booze and stumbling around in the dark will be a real hoot!
