If all goes according to plan, Mica, the new spot from Blackfish chef-owner Chip Roman that we told you back in January was coming to Chestnut Hill, will be open by the end of next week. Roman and his understudy, former Lacroix chef Jason Chichonksi, aspire to create a fine dining destination in the former home of ¡Cuba! with white tablecloths and elaborate chefs tastings. Right now its looking like Mica will make its debut as a BYOB, but Roman expects to have his liquor license in place in the coming weeks.
