Michael Solomonov, the chef and co-owner of Zahav, Xochitl and Percy Street BBQ, cooked Za’atar-spiced lamb chops with twice cooked eggplant and fresh harissa last night at the Cadillac Grille at the Wells Fargo Center. It was part of the 76ers Jewish Heritage night. Solomonov also led a cooking demo on arena’s concourse, and was delighted to meet and hang with one of his favorite recording artists, Hasidic Jewish reggae musician Matisyahu, who performed after the game.
