Iron Hill is donating 100 percent of proceeds from sales of its Rising Sun IPA today to the American Red Cross’s disaster relief efforts in Japan. The American-style India Pale Ale has a distinct spicy and citrusy character that comes from hops developed in Japan called Sorachi Ace, which are used to flavor the beer. All eight Iron Hill locations are participating and tapping kegs at noon.
