Disco Brunch sounds like a ’70s euphemism for splitting a Quaalude at daybreak after an evening of overindulgence at Studio 54. But that’s totally not what Pub & Kitchen’s peeps have in mind for their get-down-and-boogie-themed brunch on Sunday. Rather it pays homage to their new brunch menu’s signature dish, Disco Fries. It’s a heaping mound of fries topped with Swiss cheese, a sunny side up egg, and smoked ham cream gravy. The kitchen starts hustling at 11 a.m.
