Corey Fair, who we told you a few weeks ago was heading up the Farmer’s Daughter at Normandy Farms, has flown the coop. His sous chef Mtele “Abu” Abubakar is taking over for him, according to a prepared statement. Fair now has his sights set on Center City, according to Foobooz. He’s supposedly working on finding homes for a “modern farm cooking” restaurant (because farm to table is so overdone), a burger joint and a whiskey bar. And even though locations and opening dates are far from lined up, he’s already punched up a menu for his farm-whatever concept. [Foobooz]
