Clark Gilbert, the onetime protege of French master Jean Francois Taquet whos cooked everywhere from the Fountain at Four Seasons to South Phillys Saloon, will rechristen his Narberth BYOB as Gemelli On Main later this month when he opens it at its new location on Manayunks main drag. The new iteration will feature a liquor license, a cozy second floor bar and a seasonally-driven menu inspired by Gilberts illustrious background. Highlights from the menu include escargot with oyster mushrooms, cannellini beans, grated pasta and arugula butter, pig cheeks with Parmesan polenta and mixed vegetables, and Gemelli with goat bolognese, golden raisins and marcona almonds.
