Serafina, the long-awaited NY export from Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato that the two promised they were bringing to the ground floor of the troubled 10 Rittenhouse luxury condo building last fall, is set to finally open tomorrow. A “pasta-cutting” ceremony will take place before the restaurant officially opens to the public. Like its predecessors, the new Rittenhouse neighbor will specialize in housemade pastas, pizzas, plus meat and veggie entrees. There’s no word yet on who will run the kitchen, but one thing’s for certain: It’s not going to be former Buddakan chef Scott Swiderski. The Citypaper’s Meal Ticket has peachy pictures of the place and the menu too. [Meal Ticket]
