It’s been a while since we heard anything about Top Chef winner Kevin Sbraga’s quest to find a home for his restaurant. He’s been on the prowl, scouting locations all over the city since his big win last fall. The Insider reports today that Sbraga plans to take over the vacant property at Broad and Pine’s Symphony House where the ill-fated Chew Man Chu once resided. He’s reportedly toying with the idea of prix fixe menus, priced at around $45 and expects to open this fall. [Insider]
