Jessie Prawlucki, pastry chef and co-owner of South Philly’s Fond, is gearing up to open her own pastry shop. And it’s going in just a few doors up from the restaurant she and partner/fiancee Lee Styer opened just shy of three years ago. Foobooz reports that Prawlucki has her sights set on a property near Dickinson Street on East Passyunk Ave., and expects to have it running up and running by October. [Foobooz]
