The Twisted Tail, the barbecue and blooze joint we told you was coming to the former Kildare’s space across from the Headhouse shambles this month, will open today at 4 p.m. Expect a variety of charcoal-fired barbecue and grilled meats from Chef Michael Stevenson, live music five nights a week, booked by owner George Reilly and a wide range of bourbon and whiskey options.
