Technically Autumn doesn’t begin for another month, but it seems like shades of fall are already upon us. McGillin’s is pushing the seasonal envelope with its Oktoberfest launch tonight. Yes, tonight! With bratwursts, knockwursts, and Oktoberfest and pumpkin beers. It goes every night through October 1. And if that’s not enough festiness for you, Frankford Hall starts hosting happy hours on Tuesday. Every Tuesday through Friday from 4 to 6 p.m. the beer hall is serving half-liters of beer for $5, full liters for $10 and specially priced pretzels and sausages.
