Do you remember all that business about Le Bec-Fin’s Georges Perrier wanting to get all sexy on Philly’s restaurant diners? Well, it’s happening. Not now, but next week the Business Journal reports. Perrier and his protege, Le Bec’s chef de cuisine Nicholas Elmi are calling the new concept Tryst. Ooh la la! It replaces the old Le Bar Lyonnais, the subterranean space beneath Perrier’s restaurant row flagship that recently underwent extensive renovations, and will reportedly serve “modern French fare.” It’s set to open on Monday, August 22.
