Zeppoli Opens in Collingswood Tomorrow

Zeppoli, the Sicilian-inspired BYOB that we told you that Vetri/Chez Panisse alum Joey Baldino is bringing to Collingswood, NJ, will open to the public on Thursday. Baldino sends along a copy of his opening menu, which features salads, pasta dishes and entrees. Some highlights include Antipasto Siciliano, a selection of Sicilian salads, cured meats and cheeses; Panzanella Catania, tomato and bread salad with capers and Sicilian white anchovies; Spaghetti Vongole, traditional spaghetti with cockle clams and Sicilian extra virgin olive oil; and Coniglio Pizzaiola, stewed rabbit with tomato, fresh oregano with rosemary oven roasted potatoes.
