The guessing game is over. Facing legal drama and being outed by Georges Perrier’s attorney, one Joshua Scott Albert, a 25-year-old restaurant employee (possibly disgruntled) has stepped forward today claiming that he is the anonymous author behind the restaurant slam book, StaphMeal. Following his reveal on the shoddy-meets-shady blog that’s been publishing inflammatory posts about Perrier, Shola Olunloyo, Stephen Starr and many other local restaurateurs, Albert did a Q +A with Eater, where among other mostly forgettable things, he refers to Barbuzzo’s chef-owner as ‘Marcie Turner.’ Yeah sure, this guy is totally up to speed on the inner workings of Philly’s restaurants. Can we all get back to work now? [Eater]
