It seems like there’s no escaping Zahav’s Michael Solomonov these days. Last week he was all over the place in the run-up to Feastival. He was featured in yesterday’s New York Times in a thoughtful piece detailing how his brother’s death shaped his culinary aspirations. And today, in a much lighter read, he’s featured in an Inky piece about the coming of Federal Donuts. Oh look, here he is again in a new Philadelphia Brewing Co. video.
