Carmen Cappello, the toque-wearing half of the duo who brought us Bella Vista’s Wishing Well last year, has exited the kitchen at 9th and Catherine. Meal Ticket reports that he’s being replaced by the Well’s chef de cuisine, Barry Hipple. With little explanation, Cappello also divested himself of his stake in the watering hole, as well as its ancillary ventures North South Meatery & Canning Co., and the just launched Smoke Truck.
